This delightful dessert is both sweet and tangy with an apple and sour cherry filling, baked inside a buttery pie crust. Topped with a crisp brown sugar oatmeal crumble, it's garnished with a dusting of powdered sugar and decorative fall leaves made from pie crust.

The pie is 8 inches and typically serves around 6-8 people.

Pick-Up Instructions

Please note that pies are available for local pick-up only and will not be shipped. When purchasing, select a pick-up date. Pies can be collected from The Shop, located on the ground floor of the hotel, between the Historic Lobby and The Living Room.

Prep Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F and cover the top of the pie with aluminum foil. Place the pie in the oven and heat for 15-20 minutes. To check if it's done, insert a metal skewer or knife into the center of the pie. Carefully touch the skewer or knife to feel if it’s warm or hot before serving.

All-purpose flour, granulated sugar, salt, butter, water, apples, sour cherries, honey, light brown sugar, cornstarch, ground cinnamon, apple cider, white wine, rosemary, rolled oats, powdered sugar.
