RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our intention is for every package that ships from The Dewberry to arrive at its final destination in excellent condition, however should you receive an item that appears to have been damaged in transit, please retain the original shipping box and all packing materials and contact us. Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Gift Certificate purchases are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
SHIPPING
We ship domestic orders using UPS Ground for a flat rate of $10. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed. As soon as your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email to the address provided with your order. All orders placed after 10AM EST on Friday will be processed on the next business day. We ship to the continental United States. For international, Alaska and Hawaii inquiries, please contact us at 843-558-8000.
Delivery Details
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information. Orders should be received within 5-7 business days at most destinations. If there are any issues with your order not arriving within the time frame please email shop@dewberryhotels.com with your order number so that we may help locate your parcel. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Any shipment delayed in transit or returned for invalid address will incur correction or return fees. Freight charges are based on method of delivery and destination.

APPLICABLE TAXES
Please note a 6% sales tax will be added for South Carolina delivery addresses.
